Comment on Shanxi's Regional Innovation Capacity and Corresponding Measures

Based on some domestic relevant evaluating results of Shanxi's sci-tech innovation capacity the synthetical analysis on Shanxi's comprehensive technological progress level,this paper points out that the insufficient investment in science and technology,the lack of high-level scientific and technological personnel,the poor technological innovation capacity of enterprise and the slow progress of high-tech industrialization are the main factors influencing Shanxi's ci-tech innovation capacity,and puts forward some corresponding measures for improving Shanxi's ci-tech innovation capacity.
