The Present Situation,Problems and Countermeasures for Sci-tech Innovation of Shanxi's Coke Industry

Shanxi is the largest coke production and export base in China.In recent years,Shanxi Province strives to grasp the sci-tech development laws,optimizes sci-tech innovation environment continuously,increases financial inputs,innovates institutional mechanisms,shores up the foundation for sci-tech independent innovation on and on,and strengthens sci-tech endogenous forces constantly to support the upgrading and structural optimization of the structure of Shanxi's coking industry.But there are still some problems in it such as the lack of sci-tech inputs of government and environment,the shortage of resources for sci-tech innovation,the brevity of industrial technological chain,and the insufficient amount and irrational structure of innovative talents,etc.In the light of these existing problems,this paper puts forward some suggestions and measures for strengthening the supporting function of science and technology for Shanxi's coking industry.
