Further Research on the Scientific & Technological Innovation Level in Shanxi Area based

Area science and technology innovation level is essential to research greatly as the whole,but it is as essential as to further research inside it.By establishing the evaluation system of the scientific and technological innovation level of Shanxi Area,it uses the model of Factor Analysis to research the eleven cities' level of scientific and technological innovation further.Then drawing the conclusion Shanxi science and technology innovation level mainly relying on Taiyuan Linfen and the lower overall level,it proposes some reasonable policy recommendations in the end.
