Abstract
Based on an analysis on the evaluation of the scientific and technological competitiveness and the comprehensive technological progress of Shanxi,the paper points out that the shortage of high-level technological personnel,inadequate investment,weak innovation and the slow pace of high technology and industrialization are the major factors hindering the competitiveness of Shanxi,and proposes some improving measures
