Abstract
Objective To study the method and the results of the transobturator vaginal tape inside out(TVT-O)for the treatment of female stress incontinence (SUI).Methods 16 patients with SUI were undergone TVT-O procedure.Results The average operating duration was 30 min (from 25 min to 45 min) and average blood loss was 30 ml (from 10 ml to 50 m1).16 patients were cured after removal of catheters,and 2 patients felt pain on the thigh,and 1 case occurred overactive bladder.All patients were followed up from 1 to 12 months,and no incontinence recurred.Conclusion TVT-O was a reliable method for the treatment of SUI with less curable and preventable complications.
