Abstract

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of Fructose Diphosphate Sodium on the treatment of viral myocarditis and the influence of myocardial zymogram. Methods 80 patients were divided randomly into observation group( 40 eases) and control group( 40 cases) 。The control group was used with multimodality therapy, while the observation group added with Fructose Diphosphate Sodium. After 7 days myocardial zymogram was observed, and clinical efficacy was observed 2 weeks later. Results The level of CK、CK-MB and CTnI was similar before treatment in two groups( P0. 05),after 7 days all patients' CK、CK-MB and CTnI level decreased, there was significant difference( P 0. 05),but the observation group decreased more( P 0. 05). After 2 weeks' treatment the total effective rate in observation group( 92. 5%) was higher than that of control group( 75. 00%)( P0. 05). Conclusion Diphosphate Sodium on the treatment of viral myocarditis is worthy of clinical application, for it obviously improved electrocardiogram and myocardial zymogram, and with the advantage of curative efficacy and safety.
