Abstract

Objective:of this study was to observe the effect of low intensity exhausted Exercise and endurance training on male reproductive health.Methods:Twenty-four male Spragne-Dawley rats were randomly divided into control group(C),low intensity exhaustive exercise group(LE) and endurance-trained group(ET).The testis organization was sampled at 24 hours after exhaustive exercise. The expression of p53 protein, the activities of NOS,LDH,SDH,ACP and the concentrations of NO in rat testis were investigated. The result showed that ET group was obviously lower than C and LE groups on p53 protein expression of rat text cell(P0.05~0.01).Compared with C and ET groups, the activity of NOS and ACP were increased significantly(P0.05~0.01),the enzymes activity and concentration of NO in the testicle of ET group were stable than LE group. Conclusion: that male rat reproductive health was slightly injured by low exhaustive exercise. But,endurance training could decrease the side effect.
