Abstract
To explore the impact of Coenzyme Q10 on exercise capacity of rats of high-intensity endurance training and their resumption, 32 male healthy SD rats were selected and distributed at random into the quiet group, quiet exhaustive group, sports exhaustive group and sports plus drugs exhaustive group and the high-intensity treadmill endurance training model was established for them. After 8 weeks’ experiment, serum Hb, Glu, Bla, LDH, CK and BUN were tested. As were showed by the results, CoQ10 can effectively inhibit the decrease of Hb in rats after exercise training and significantly reduce the increase of serum enzyme activities of LDH, CK after high-intensity endurance training and the increase of BUN and Bla after exercise.
