Abstract

Purpose:This paper studies the relationship among exercise, oxidative stress and MAPK signal system in order to illustrate the molecule mechanism of them.Method:Health pure fasten female SD rats were chosen to use. After adaptable training on Self-made animal exercise run treadmill, big rats were randomly divided into control group, endurance training group and acute exercise group.Take the left leg gastrocnemius.Transmission electric mirror observe cell mitochondria, hydroxyl-amidogen method to measure SOD enzyme activity, E- barbitone method to measure the content of MDA, radioimmunity method to measure estradiol of blood serum, the RT- PCR measures the ERK1/2 mRNA.Result:After training for six weeks, there is some tumefaction and inanition on mitochondria of acute exercise group.Endurance training group estrogen has no obviously variety compared to control group, but acute exercise group is higher in estrogen than control group (P0.05).Endurance training group has a higher increase in SOD activity compared with control group (P0.05), however acute exercise group has a decrease in SOD activity compared with control group (P0.05).Both of training group have a higher increase in MDA content compared with control group (P0.05).Moreover, both of training group have a higher increase in ERK1/2 mRNA compared with control group.Conclusion:1)After endurance training (moderate exercise), female rats SOD activity and MDA content both went up, oxidative and anti-oxidative system reach balance. There is no broken in mitochondrial and no change in estrogen. It implies moderate exercise may be the antioxidants.2)Endurance exercise and acute exercise both can activate the ERK1/2 signal construction, but ERK1/2 mRNA expression didn’t show difference between above two groups, intensity of exercise has no influence on ERK1/2 gene expression.
