Changes of NO and NOS of Rat of The Long-term Endurance Training in Different Functional States

Abstract

In this paper,the long-term endurance training on the male rat renal tissue nitric oxide(NO),nitric oxide synthase(NOS) effects are studied.64 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups: controlling group and the endurance group.32 in each group.Endurance group 8 weeks treadmill training,the control group had no training in rearing cages.8-week endurance training group after the end of the control group and the endurance group 2 rats were 70 cm in diameter round plastic bucket for two days adaptive swimming,water depth of 55 cm,water temperature 32 ℃,15 min per day.The first three days,two groups of rats were in a quiet,swim 40 min,swimming exhausted immediately,exhaustion recovery 24 h,4 kind states of anesthesia killed drawn,each state of 8 rats.Swimming in rats at rest without the direct subjects,the rest of the state of rat tail load of 3% body weight of lead article in the circular plastic bucket to swim.40 min swim in the swimming to a unified state in rats harvested after 40 min.Exhaustive swimming in rats immediately state a unified immediately drawn in swimming to exhaustion.Exhaustive 24 h recovery from the state in rats after have been identified as exhaustive timing,harvested after 24 h.Determination of NO content and NOS activity.Results endurance group and the control group,exhaustive immediate state,endurance group was significantly higher NO levels(P0.01);at 24 h after the resumption,endurance group was significantly higher NO levels(P0.01).Swimming 40 min state,endurance group of NOS activity decreased significantly(P0.01);exhausted instantly state,endurance group of NOS activity was significantly decreased(P0.05);at 24 h restored,the endurance group was significantly higher NOS activity(P 0.01).We conclude that long-term endurance training increased the exhaustion of the NO content in kidney tissue immediately reduce ischemic symptoms,an increasing of 24 h recovery NO content;long-term endurance training reduces the movement process and exhaustive instantly kidney NOS activity increased amplitude;24 h recovery period an increase of NOS activity in renal reperfusion period on the recovery of positive significance.
