Study on the Vaginal Mucosa Irritation of Baisuxiao Skin Mucosa Disinfective Liquid

Objective: To explore the vaginal mucosa irritation of Baisuxiao skin mucosa disinfective liquid and to make its safety assessment.Methods: According to the Technical Standard For Disinfection(2002),The single vaginal and the sequential mucosa irritation tests were carried out to evalute the vaginal mucosa irritations on the rabbits by means of the grading table of the vaginal mucosa irritation degree.Results: The vaginal mucosa irritation indexes of the single and sequential vaginal mucosa irritation test were 0.5,1.6.Conclusion:Baisuxiao skin mucosa disinfective liquid has no vaginal mucosa irritation and imponderability vaginal mucosa irritation on rabbits and causes no dermal toxicity.
