The Synthesized Study of the Irritation and Dermal Allergic Reaction of BAISUXIAO Disinfectant

Objective To detect the dermal irritation,vaginal mucosa irritation and possibility of dermal allergic reaction of BAISUXIAO Skin Mucosa Disinfectant and its intensity.Methods Dermal irritation test,vaginal mucosa irritation test and dermal allergic reaction test were carried out according to the national standard of disinfection techniques(2002).Results The highest skin irritation index was 0.3;no leucocytes infiltration,hyperemia and edema was found in both the case group and the control group in the vaginal mucosa irritation test,the vaginal mucosa irritation index was 1.6;no red speckles and swollen was found in the dermal allergic reaction test,the dermal irritation reaction was also zero.Conclusion The BAISUXIAO Skin Mucosa Disinfectant Liquid has not dermal irritation but has imponderability vaginal mucosa irritation on rabbits and causes no dermal allergic.
