Abstract
Objective To observe the irritant reaction of skin and vaginal mucosa on rabbits caused by the Ainsliaea fragrans Champ lotion,To provide theoretical evidence for production and clinical safe medication. Methods The acute dermal irritation test and vaginal mucosa sequential irritation test were carried out,and to make safety assessment according to the Technical Standard For Disinfection(2002). Results The dermal irritation index was zero,vaginal mucosa irritation index of the four dilutions was1.45,0.67,0.11,0.11. Conclusion This lotion has no dermal irritation and has very light irritation on rabbits' vaginal mucosa.
