Abstract
Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of puerarin in cangling zhixie oral solution. Methods The Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm) was used, the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water(25:75),and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the detective wavelength was set at 250 nm,the column temperature was at 30 ℃.Results The puerarin peak was well separated with other peaks, and a good linear correlation was observed within the range of 0.020 64~0.412 8 μg(r=0.999 9).The average recovery was 99.78% with RSD of 2.11%(n=6).Conclusion The method is rapid and simple,it can be used for the quality control of cangling zhixie oral solution with good selectivity, sensitivity and repeatability.
