Hospital outpatient prescriptions Analysis Comments

Objective To understand the quality of hospital outpatient prescription writing and medication fundamentals.Methods A random check of the year 2009 in our hospital out-patient prescription 65869 copies of Prescription Management Measures,based on prescriptions for each of the sample review, the data obtained will be analyzed.Results The rational use of medicines in our hospital out-patient control of international indicators are mostly good,the failure rate was 7.3% prescription,which accounted for 93.2% unqualified to write prescriptions,medication unreasonable to 6.8%.Conclusion The hospital outpatient prescriptions written in the level of quality and rational use of medicines needs to be improved.
