Clinical Observation on Buchang Naoxintong Capsule in Treatment of Cerebral Hemorrhage During Recovery Stage

Objective:To explore the effect of Buchang Naoxintong Capsule in treatment of cerebral hemorrhage during the recovery stage.Methods:58 cases of cerebral hemorrhage patients in recovery stage were selected in internal nerve department of our hospital during 2010-2011,and were divided into experimental group and control group with 29 cases in each group.The control group patients were treated with dehydrating agent,neuroprotective therapy and rehabilitation training and other conventional treatment,and the experimental group were given Buchang Naoxintong Capsule and routine treatment based on the control group.Results:After 6 weeks treatment,treatment effects of two groups were compared.After treatment,in experimental group there were 5 cases with total absorption of hematoma,18 cases most part absorption,small part absorption in 6 cases.In control group,there were 4 cases with total absorption,most part absorption in 12 cases,small part absorption in 13 cases.Two groups had statistical significance in absorption of hematoma(P0.05).In the experiment group,7 patients were cured,and the total efficiency was 86.2%.In control group,there were 4 patients cured,the total efficiency was 65.5%.The effect of two groups had statistical difference,P0.05.Conclusion:Buchang Naoxintong Capsule for cerebral hemorrhage during the recovery stage can make neurological rehabilitation significantly and the absorption of hematoma effectively,which is worthy of clinical application.
