The clinical effect of Oxiracetam injection combined Naoxintong capsule on treating cerebral hemorrhage patients

Objective To discuss and analyze the clinical effect of Oxiracetam injection combined Naoxintong capsule on treating cerebral hemorrhage patients. Methods 87 patients with cerebral hemorrhage treated in our hospital from July 2013 to July 2014 were selected as the research object.Grouped them randomly.42 cases in the control group was given conventional treatment,45 patients in the treatment group reveived oxiracetam injection combined with Naoxintong Capsule. Results The two groups cerebral hematoma volume had no significant difference before and after treatment for 6 weeks,the experimental group improved significantly,the brain hematoma volume was significantly smaller than that of the control group,the difference had statistical significance(P 0.05);Treatment group's total effectiveness was 77.78%,while the total efficiency of the control group was 52.38%,after the statistics,the difference had statistical significance(P 0.05);According to the survey results, the control group and the experimental group patients had adverse reactions obviously,only 2 patients in the control group appeared slight alanine aminotransferase increased,the incidence rate was 7.17%,with no significant difference between groups. Conclusion Oxiracetam injection combined with Naoxintong capsule has remarkable effect on treating cerebral hemorrhage,we should promote its clinical application.
