Abstract

Objective: To observe he clinical efficacy of Naoxintong capsule on cerebral hemorrhage at convalescent stage.Methods: 60 cases of cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into conventional treatment group 30 patients and Naoxintong group 30 patients.The conventional treatment group were given treatments for lowering blood pressure and lipids,nourishing brain cells and nerve endings,salvia,trengthening limb functional exercise.Naoxintong group added Naoxintong capsules on the basis of conventional therapy,3 granules for each time and 3 times a day.A total of 12 weeks of treatment was observed before and after treatment.Results: In the conventional treatment group and Naoxintong group,convalescent cerebral hemorrhage was significantly improved(P0.01).The Naoxintong group was superior to the conventional treatment group(P0.05).The adverse reactions were mild,with no statistical significance.Conclusion: Naoxintong capsule in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage at convalescent stage has effective and safe effects.
