Clinical Observation of Oxiracetam Injection Combined with Naoxintong Capsule for Treatment of Cerebral Hemorrhage

Objective:To explore the effect of oxiracetam injection combined with Naoxintong capsule for the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage. Method:Eighty-four cases of cerebral hemorrhage patients were equally randomized into control group and treatment group. Patients in both groups were given routine therapy,and the treatment group was treated with oxiracetam injection combined with Naoxintong capsules additionally. Clinical efficacy and adverse events were observed. Results:The total effective rate was 69.0% in the treatment group,and was 40.5% in the control group,the difference being significant(P0.05). The differences of hematoma volume and neurological deficit scores were significant between the two groups(P 0.05). No serious adverse reaction was found in both groups. Conclusion:Oxiracetam injection combined with Naoxintong capsule is effective and safe for the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage by promoting the absorption of hematoma and the recovery of nerve function rapidly.
