Correlation analysis of antisperm antibodies and main parameters of semen analysis

Objective To understand the influence of male infertility antisperm antibody (AsAb) on the main parameters of sperm in infertility.Method Total 126 cases of male infertility,sperm quality of semen samples were analyzed and immunofluorescence assay with gold for antisperm detection,then sperm quality parameters in anti-sperm antibodies positive and negative patients were statistical analyzed.Results Among 126 cases of male infertility patients,seminal plasma anti-sperm antibodies positive in 44 cases,the positive rate was 34.9%;negative in 82 cases,the negative rate was 65.1%.Sperm density,motility,activity and other major parameters in anti-sperm antibody-negative group was significantly higher than that of the positive group,showed statistically significant difference (P0.01).Conclusion Anti-sperm antibody has aggregation and braking effect on sperm density,motility and other main parameters,are the main factor led to male immune infertility.
