Observation on Efficacy of Liquid and Freeze-dried Rabies Vaccine Side Effects

Objective To study the domestic liquid and freeze-dried rabies vaccine adverse reactions and immunogenicity.Method 850 cases of rabies in patients exposed to conventional needle injection of 5,345 cases were the use of liquid Vero cell rabies vaccine,505 cases of the use of freeze-dried rabies vaccine Vero cells were observed after injections of each local and systemic adverse reaction,in the immune within 14 days and 42 days(the whole 14 days after injection) by indirect immunofluorescence detection of antibody levels.Results The results of liquid and freeze-dried rabies vaccine side reaction partial 14.2%,respectively,6.0%,the incidence of systemic side effects were 4.9%,2.4%,14 days after immunization antibody positive rates were 62.5%,89.9%,42 days after immunization antibody-positive rates were 97.7%,98.6%.Conclusions Freeze-dried rabies vaccine adverse reactions and immunogenicity of rabies vaccine which is made in china is superior to liquid.
