Observation on Side Effects and the Effect of Liquid and Freeze-dried Rabies Vaccine

Objective To study the domestic liquid and freeze-dried rabies vaccine adverse reactions and immunogenicity.Method Pairs of 850 cases of rabies in patients exposed to conventional 5-pin injection,were 345 cases of liquid rabies vaccine using the Vero cells,505 cases of rabies vaccine using the Vero cells,freeze-dried to observe the needle after injection of each local adverse reactions and systemic side effects,in the immunization 14 days and 42 days(through 14 days after injection) were detected by indirect immunofluorescence antibody levels.Results Partial liquid and freeze-dried rabies vaccine side effects were 14.2%,6.0%,The incidence of systemic side effects were 4.9%,2.4%,14 days after immunization antibody positive rates were 62.5%,89.9%,immunization 42 days after the antibody The positive rates were 97.7%,98.6% Conclusions Lyophilized rabies vaccine adverse reactions and immunogenicity of rabies vaccine is superior to the liquid.
