A Comparison Study of Three Different Methods Treating on Keloid

To discuss the curative effect of excision combined with triamcinolone acetonide injection and radiotherapy in treatment of keloid,291 cases of patients with keloid collected were randomly divided into three groups: group A(n=86),keloids were removed by excision with triamcinolone acetonide injection in local area,90Sr-90Y contact therapy was given to each cases after surgery;group B(n=79),keloids were removed by excision,90Sr-90Y was given to each cases after surgery;Group C(n=126),keloids were treated with only triamcinolone acetonide by local injection.Compare the different of cure rate,effective rate and complication.The cure and effective rate of group A were 82.56% and 93.02%,the group B were 74.68% and 89.87%,and the group C were 30.95% and 57.94%.The cure and effective rate of AB group surpassed C group obviously,the difference had statistics significance(P0.05).The cure and effective rate of group A surpassed group B,but it had not difference in statistics(P0.05).Comprehensive treatment is safe and effective for patients with keloid.The group A cure and effective rate is slightly higher than the group B,but not statistically significant,which imply that triamcinolone does not affect wound healing.
