Clinical application of operation and radiotherapy and triamcinolone acetonid to Cure ear keloid

Objective To investigate the surgical resection,intraoperative triamcinolone acetonide local injection,postoperative radiotherapy combined with the effect of treatment of auricular keloids.Methods The patients were divided into three groups.The first group of 12 patients with 24 keloids(surgery + triamcinolone acetonide injection combined with radiotherapy): surgical removal of keloids,intraoperative injection of triamcinolone acetonide injected dose according to the cutting edge size varies,each injection volume is not greater than 40mg,1 week after surgery,4～ 8 times in a row,24 hours within the local shallow radiotherapy after three days;the second group of 11 patients with 22 keloids(surgery + radiotherapy): Surgical excision of keloids,postoperative 24 hours within three days of radiotherapy;third group of 17 patients with 23 keloids(surgery + triamcinolone acetonide injection): surgical removal of keloids,immediate injection of triamcinolone acetonide,intraoperative and postoperative 1 week,4～8 times in a row.Results: The first group,the second group,third group of the effective rate was 95.83%,77.27%,52.17%.The first group and second group,the third group were significantly different(P 0.05).Conclusion Surgical resection,intraoperative local injection of triamcinolone acetonide,postoperative radiotherapy combined with treatment of auricular keloids side effects,recurrence rate,worthy of clinical application.
