Pharmacological Study on Anti-inflammatory and Analgesic Effect of Homalomcn aocculta

[Objective] The aim was to observe the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect of Homalomcn aocculta.[Method] Experiments were carried out in mice models of inflammation: anti-inflammatory effect were obsewed by xylene-induced swelling of ears;analgesic effect were observed by the model of acetic acid-induced writhing.[Result] Homalomcn aocculta could inhibit the xylene-induced ear swelling and the difference was significant(P0.05),Homalomcn aocculta could decrease acetic acid-induced writhing response times,and the difference was very significant(P0.01).[Conclusion] Homalomcn aocculta showed anti-inflammatory,analgesic effects.
