Abstract
Objective To observe the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of capsule Fuyanqing. Methods Analgesic effects of Fuyanqing were observered with pain model mice induced by acetic acid or hot plate. And anti-inflammatory effects were studied with the model of ear welling induced by dimethylbenzene. Results The low and the high dosage of Fuyanqing reinforced notably the pain threshold percentage of mice with dosage dependence.The times of torsion caused by acetic acid were reduced significantly; and the degree of the swelling induced by dimethylbenzene were decreased significantly.Conclusion Capsule Fuyanqing possessed transparently anti- inflammatory and analgesic effects,which matched to its clinical effects.
