A clinical study on psoriasis vulgaris by use of triple therapy

Abstract

【Objective】 To observe the clinical effect of glycyrrhizin,NB-UVB and traditional Chinese medicine bath on psoriasis vulgaris.【Methods】 120 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into 2 groups,including therapy group(60 cases) treated with glycyrrhizin tablets,NB-UVB and traditional Chinese medicine bath,additionally,the control group(60 cases) treated with glycyrrhizin tablets and NB-UVB.The effect and security were evaluated.【Results】 The efficacy rate of therapy group and control group were 91.7% and 77.7%.There was statically significant difference between the two groups(P0.05).【Conclusion】 It is effective and safe to treat psoriasis vulgaris with glycyrrhizin,NB-UVB and traditional Chinese medicine bath.
