Consummating the Tutor System To Improve the Quality of Graduate Education

In the years of expansion and reform of the education system, graduate education has been under unprecedented pressure and difficulties. The quality of education has been concerned and doubted by the whole society, and as a basic system of training of graduate students, tutors play a leading role in graduate education. The ability and level of the tutors is directly impacting on the quality of graduate education. Under the new context, this paper analyzed the present situation and shortcomings of the tutor system and made a few suggestions to consummate the tutor responsibility system, thus to improve the quality or graduate education.
