A Reflection on Establishing Tutor System of Graduate Community

With the vigorous development of China's higher education,graduate education is also a thriving scene showed.The number of graduate community,a organization for self-education of graduate,is increasing year by year.Therefore,It's necessary to establish tutor system of graduate community in order to carry out comprehensive education and proper guidance for graduate.This paper analyzes the concept of graduate community,the importance of establishment and practical basis as well as the problems which should be noticed in the process of building comprehensively.In a word,it hopes to provide advice and recommendations for management worker of graduate community.
