With the continuous development of college enrollment policy and college constant expansion,the number of students in our colleges and universities continues to rise.However,compared with the slow growth of teachers,it is difficult to meet the higher education,particularly in main high-level personnel training' needs.Tutor group,as a method and system of education,which is of help to relieve the conflict of teacher-student ratio imbalance and to enhance the quality of personnel training.Therefore,all relevant personnel should further strengthen the research and exploration to the tutor group system,making tutor group system's role and influence fully play in our country's graduate training system.
