Analysis of Clinical Characteristics of Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia in Infants

Objective To investigate the clinical features of children with mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods 200 cases of pediatric emergency patients randomly on acute upper respiratory tract infection and pharyngeal swab for culture of mycoplasma pneumonia,60 healthy children as control group.Results The group of pharynx the positive rate of swab mycoplasma pneumonia 31%,significantly higher than that in control group 8.3%(P0.05),the positive rate of infant group was significantly lower than that of lyears old age group(P0.05);compared with mycoplasma pneumonia children with positive and negative in children withcough,inflamed tonsils,proportion of high(P0.05),fever,catarrhal symptoms,gastrointestinal symptoms,herpes zoster,rash and other symptoms and signs less(P0.05);16.12% children with positive development for pneumonia,significantly higher than that in the negative group(P0.05).Conclusion Themain pathogen of mycoplasma pneumonia in children with acuteupper respiratory tract infection,atypical clinical manifestations,and early diagnosis is difficult.
