Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical features, early diagnosis and treatment of Mycoplasma pneumonia in children.Meth-ods:The comparative analysis of 125 cases of mycoplasma pneumonia in children was performed for the clinical data. Results:Chest X-ray found the right lung was more likely to be involved,71.8 percent for the unilateral lesions,78 cases were irregular nebulous infiltra-tion.96% of Mycoplasma pneumoniae-specific IgM was positive. In 69.1% of older children with early onset,C-reactive protein(CRP) was significantly increased, and reduced with the illnesscondition turning for the better.Azithromycin is effective against Mycoplasma pneu-monia.Conclusion:Early detecting IgM and CRP can be used as the reference indexes for the early diagnosis of mycoplasma pneumonia and judging the treatment efficacy.
