Abstract

Objective To explore the related high risk factors of children with severe pneumonia mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods 182 children with pneumonia mycoplasma pneumonia were selected in this study, which included 62 cases of severe mycoplasma pneumonia as the observation group and 120 cases of common mycoplasma pneumonia as the control group. The related factors of the two groups were analyzed by Logistic regression. Results The results of single factor analysis showed that the children with severe pneumonia mycoplasma pneumonia were closely related to age,ESR,CRP,positive rate of MP-Ab,lesion site and macrolides application time with statistical significance(P0.05).The results of multi-factors analysis showed that they were closely related to ESR,CRP,positive rate of MP-Ab,and lesion site(P0.05).Conclusion The risk factors of children with severe pneumonia mycoplasma pneumonia are ESR,CRP,positive rate of MP-Ab,and lesion site.
