Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical indications of four kinds of ordinary sphygmomanometeres. Methods:To select 44 cases of normal youth who were carried out to measure blood pressure using four kinds of sphygmomanometer re spectively, and their measuring results were compared and analyzed. Results:Under the same conditions,to compare wrist blood pressure monitor with the other three kinds of sphygmomanometer, its measured value was significantly higher(P0.01);the remaining three kinds of blood pressure measurements, their measured values showed no significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion:Accuracy of wrist blood pressure monitor is poorer,it's not suitable for clinical use.Other three kinds of sphygmomanometer can be used routinely in clinical work.
