Abstract
Compared with economic monopoly, administrative monopoly is more adverse in China, which negative effect prevent from the development of the socialist market economy. Consequently, China, a party to WTO, cannot fulfill its member's duty. So, an effective anti-monopoly law is necessary to regulate administrative monopoly .
