Cesarean Section Waist-epidural Anesthesia Appropriate Concentrations of Bupivacaine

Objective To investigate the cesarean section spinal-epidural anesthesia appropriate concentration of bupivacaine.Methods 280 cases of elective cesarean section underwent spinal-epidural anesthesia were randomly divided into 0.375% bupivacaine: A group and 0.5% bupivacaine: B group 140 cases in each group,each of the anesthesia record and adverse reactions.Results Onset time,and reached the maximum time for similar block level,and duration in group A was significantly shorter than in group B,two groups can reach the anesthesia clinical satisfaction requirements,B group after administration of low blood pressure,heart rate decreased more compared with group A clearly significant difference.Conclusion Than 0.375% of bupivacaine 0.5% bupivacaine for cesarean section spinal-epidural anesthesia adverse reactions,lower extremity motor function,rapid recovery,which will help mothers early postoperative events,worthy of promotion.
