Observation on the Low-dose bupivacaine-fentanyl spinal-epidural anesthesia for emergency cesarean section

OBJECTIVE To observe and explore the small doses of bupivacaine combined with fentanyl for combined spinal epidural anesthesia for cesarean section operation acute clinical effect.METHODS In our hospital from July 2008 to December 2010,66 patients with acute cesarean section were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,the observation group were infused by 5 mg + 25 g bupivacaine fentanyl,control group were injected with 7.5mg bupivacaine.Their clinical anesthesia effects were observed.RESULTS The observation group general anesthesia effect was obviously better than the control group(P﹤0.05);The onset time of anesthesia,total anesthesia time and limb recovery time and the adverse reactions and complications of the observation group were lower than those of control group(P﹤0.05),but the pain recovery time of the observation group higher than that of control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion Effects of small doses of bupivacaine combined with fentanyl in combined spinal-epidural anesthesia in treatment of cesarean section operation had aspects of fast acute effect,accurately,safely,reliably,and fewer postoperative complications.
