Abstract

The influence of different concentration hormone(6-BA,NAA,IAA,IBA) for the tissue culture of Lilium oritential and Lilium longifolorum,based on MS medium were studied in order to explore the suitablest level of hormone and to increase the efficiency of the tissue culture of Lilium oritential and Lilium longifolorum,and design different eight facets.The results showed that the optimum sterilization time was 8~10 min;the best drawn parts was the base of bulbs;Because of the different of the genotype and endoqenesis hormone,Snow Queen's induction differentiation rate was the highest,was 100%;Siberia's induction differentiation rate was the highest between the Lilium oritential,was 73.3%;the MS medium with 6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L was the optimum subculture multiplication medium.The optimum rooting medium was 1/2MS supplemented with IAA 0.1 mg/L+IBA 0.01 mg/L.The optimum medium of test-tube seedling transplant was perlite∶peat soil∶river sand=1∶1∶1,survival rate was up to 97.5%.The best medium for little lily bulbs growth in vitro was 1/2MS+IAA 0.1 mg/L+IBA 0.01 mg/L+sucrose 10%+paclobutrazol 10 mg/L.
