Abstract
In order to expand the adhibition of Lilium pumilum in biotechnology fields, the bulbs of Lilium pumilun were used as explants in this study.MS medium applied with different concentration of hormone(6-BA,NAA,IAA,IBA) was examined to induce the cluster bud and regeneration plant. And the sterilization time of explants and the ratio of different hormone were also analyzed in every phase of tissue culture. The results showed that the optimum sterilization time of 0.1 % Mercuric chloride solution was 8 min;the MS medium with 6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L was the optimum inductive medium;the MS medium with 6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L was the optimum subculture medium;the MS medium with 6-BA 0.1 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L was the optimum multiplication medium and the optimum rooting medium was 1/2MS supplemented with IAA 0.1 mg/L+IBA 0.1 mg/L.
