Abstract

Lilium longiflorunstems with buds as explants were placed in water solution for tissue culture and rapid propagation. The results showed that the optimum inducing differentiation medium was MS+BA1.0 mg/L. The optimum mediums for proliferation and rooting respectively were MS+BA 2.0 mg/L +NAA 0.1 mg/L and 1/2 MS+IBA 0.3~0.4 mg/L. The rooted rate was 98%~99%. The replanting survival rate was 96%.
