Abstract
Objective:To discuss the influence and mechanism of actionon platelet agglutiona-tion by Qidantian capsule.Method:Observe the effect on platelet aggregating function and content of blood plasma TXB 2 and6-keto -PGF 1a by platelet aggregation tes and radioim-munoprecipitation,the result brought by Qidantian capsule through model of male gerontic mouse as the blood stasis model.Result:Qidantian capsule can restrain platelet aggregation obviously which induced by ADP,it also can reduce content of plasma TXB 2 ?6-keto-PGF 1a .Conclusion:Qidantian capsule have good effect on restraining platelet aggregating function,the mehcanism of action relate to reducing TXB 2 .
