Abstract
Objective To study the effect of naotong capsule on hemorheological parameters and platelet aggregation. Methods To acute blood stasis model in rats were established with subcutaneous injection of adrenaline hydrochloride and being socked in ice-water. Results The naotong capsule could not only significantly reduce the hemorheological parameters in acute blood rat model stasis, but also remarkedly inhibit the platelet aggregation in rabbits. Conclusion Naotong capsule could obviously ameliorate the hemorheological parameters and inhibit platelet aggregation.
