Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical value of time-resolved fluoroimmunoassay(TRFIA) in detecting HBV markers in serum and compare with enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Methods TRFIA and ELISA were applied to measuring serum HBV markers for 200 cases of serum samples. The results of the two methods were analyzed. Results By comparison of two methods, the coincidence rate of HBsAg,HBeAg and anti-HBe was 97%,99% and 94% respectively, and there was no statistical difference(P0.05).In contrast, the coincidence rate of anti-HBs and anti-HBc was both 86% and the differences were significant(P0.05).Conclusion The specificity and sensitivity of TRFIA are superior to those of ELISA.As a high sensitive assay,TRFIA contributes to doagnosis of HBV infection, clinical classification, treatment and therapeutic effect appraisal of chronic hepatitis B,and provides reliable evidence for the clinic.
