Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical value and relationship between time-resolved fluoroimmunoassay(TRFIA) to detect HBV M in quantity and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) to detect HBV M in quality. Methods 161 serum specimen were collected to detect HBV M by TRFIA and ELISA.Results The results of TRFIA were accorded to that of ELISA for high titre HBV M specimen. The positive results of TRFIA were higher than that of ELISA for nearly cut-off value HBV M specimen. Conclusion TRFIA is more sensitive than ELISA.
