Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical value and relationship between time-resolved fluoro immunoassay (TRFIA) to detect HBV-M in quantity and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) to detect HBV-M in quality. Methods 436 serum specimen were collected to detect HBV-M by TRFIA and ELISA. Results The positive results of TRFIA were higher than thoset of ELISA for nearly cut-off value HBV-M specimen. Conclusions TRFIA is more sensitive than ELISA. It can provide the dynamic data for diagnosis and the curativ effect observation of hepatitis B, which is a perfect quantiative method.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
