Abstract
Objective To explore the value of serum prealbumin and total bile acid in the degree diagnosis of cirrhosis. Methods 86 patients with cirrhosis were selected and divided into three levels (A, B, C) according to the Child-Pugh scoring standard. 46 healthy physical examination people were selected as the control group. The serum prealbumin and total bile acid were detected and analyzed. Results The differences of PA and TBA level between cirrhosis group and control group were statistically significant. Pairwise comparison of PA and TBA level among level A, level B and level C showed significant statistical differences (P0.01). Conclusions Serum prealbumin and total bile acid can reflect the degree of cirrhosis, which has important significance in judging patients' condition.
