The Perfection of Land Resources Market-oriented Allocation Mechanism:Taking the Modification on Land Administration Law as Angle of View

Abstract
The method of allocating land resource should be affirmed and protected in the Land Administration Law,thus the Land Administration Law should be changed and improved for the development of that,especially the means of market allocation.There are many problems in the means of market allocation of land resource,such as imperfection of land market,improper state intervention,and uneffective use of the land,which are caused by the deficiency of Land Administration Law and the related laws.So we must amend the Land Administration Law and the related laws to improve the means of market allocation of land resource,and handle well with the relationship of market mechanism and state intervention.Only in this way can we optimize the allocation of land resources.
