On a Claim of Rights and Interests of Migrant Workers from Rural Areas and the Countermeasures of Trade Unions

Abstract

The rights and interests of migrant workers from rural areas are easy to be infringed upon. To safeguard their legitimate rights and interests is the duty of Chinese trade unions. Trade union work should realize to pay attention to their claim of rights and interests. Trade unions should strengthen to safeguard the rights and interests of migrant workers from rural areas in the fields of quickening the pace of organizing trade unions, strengthening participation from the source, establishing special help system and training mechanism.
