Abstract
Objective: To establish a method for determination the content of Chlorogenic acid in Qingre Jiedu Oral liquid by HPLC.Methods: The Eclipse DCB-C18 column(4.6 mm ×150 mm,5 μm) was used,the mobile phase was methanol-3%acetic acid solution(12∶88).The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and the detection wavelength was 327 nm.Results: The lin-ear range of Chlorogenie acid was 0.050 4-0.504 0 μg(r=0.999 9).The average recovery was 98.5% with a RSD of 1.16%(n=5).Conclusion: This method is simple,sensitive and reproducibility.It can be used for quality control of Qingre Jiedu Oral liquid.
