Abstract
Objective:To develop an HPLC method for determination of pulchinenoside B_4 in Qingre Jiedu extract.The analysis was carried out on a Kromasil C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)column eluted with a mobile phase of acetonitrile watercantaining 0.1% phosphoric acid(V∶V=28∶72).The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min~(-1) and column temperature was 30 ℃.The detection wavelength was set at 205 nm.Results:The calibration curve was linear within the range of 0.294~1.47 μg for pulchinenoside B_4.The average recovery was 99.6% and the RSD was 1.37%.Conclusion:This method is convenient,accurate and repeatable for determination of pulchinenoside B_4 in Qingre Jiedu extract.
